Jazz Mirage (“we,” “us”) is a live jazz ensemble based in Santa Rosa, California. This policy explains what information we collect on jazzmirage.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date and time, how you heard about us, and any details you share about your event.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Our form also records the IP address a submission came from, to help us filter spam.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and plan and perform at your event. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run our website: our web host, and the email service that delivers form submissions to us. Some pages also include content from Google: YouTube videos, Google Maps, and Google reCAPTCHA spam protection. When those load, Google may collect information such as your IP address and use cookies under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google and similar third parties may collect information about your browsing over time and across websites.
Cookies and “Do Not Track”
Our site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work and load quickly. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; third-party content such as YouTube may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book with us, for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing raj@jazzmirage.com. We’ll respond promptly.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
